Concrete Curing Covers
Insulated curing blankets help reduce energy consumption for curing by capturing the heat of hydration from concrete and insulating it from the environment.
Adhesive bonding and heat-weld joining of sections make it possible to produce of virtually any length and width. There is no sewing of joints or seams to leak or unravel, no cold spots or weak points, and no water or air can get inside.
Closed-cell insulation means no gaps, no absorption of water if blanket is damaged. Insulation can't tear loose, shift or bunch up.
Abrasive resistant outer cover protects the insulation for less likelihood of damage in service or in storage.
If damaged, blanket can be repaired in your plant by your people. No need for outside repairmen, sewing machines or other specialized equipment.
Remember, Hamilton Form can also help you with: non-insulated tarps, insulated or non-insulated kiln covers and doors, socks, shelters and tarp roller-dispenser machines.
