Pull-Type Single Strand Tensioning Jack
Pull-Type Tensioning Jacks are commonly used for single stroke tensioning on long-line forms where handling equipment is available and there is ample space for the tensioning unit at the end of the bed. A heat-treated jacking sleeve fits over the jacking nose of the tensioning unit and provides an easily replaceable, wear-resistant point-of-contact between the jack and chuck.

24, 36, 48, 60 inch units are available and can be used for up to 9/16 inch strand. The jack is equipped with a "Y" chain sling for easy handling and an anti-twist bar on the pulling yoke which can be used to measure elongation.
The PS4500-950 Power Unit has a maximum pressure of 4,500 PSI, and 18 gallon tank capacity; initial and final tensioning gauges and high-pressure quick couples for quick connection to the jack.
