High Energy™ Vibratory Screed

Hamilton Form's HIGH ENERGY™ Vibratory Screed provides an efficient and economical method of applying high frequency vibration directly into the concrete from the top. It is designed to produce a deep consolidation on double tee, industrial wall panel, flat slab, architectural panel and similar products.

BASIC UNIT FEATURES:

• A 12" wide aluminum channel provides a strong, level, yet lightweight Screed.
• Hamilton Form's Mach® series high frequency pneumatic vibrators provide deep consolidation of the concrete.
• Adjustable steel concrete retainer angles and wear plates ride on the form.
• Handles are mounted on rubber vibration isolators.
