Prestress Engineering Corporation joined with Affordable Construction Concepts, Inc. of Chicago to create an inner-city housing project constructed of precast concrete wall panels. PEC used the same vertical battery molds that Hamilton Form provided for the Illinois Tollway Sound Wall with some minor modifications.
