New Infrastructure Bill Will Impact The Precast Industry Including Form Making

The newly passed $1.2 trillion Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, also known at the Bipartisan Infrastructure Framework designates 28% of the total approved funding for bridge replacement and repair, roads and other “transformational projects”. This is the single largest dedicated-bridge investment since the construction of the interstate highway system in the 1950’s.

“42% of the 45,000 bridges identified as being in need of repair, are more than 50 years old,” said Bob Mills of Hamilton Form Company. “We are ready with our engineering team to produce forms for precasters and help them capture this business.”
