Custom Steel Forms and Equipment for the Precast, Prestressed Concrete Industry

Hamilton Form Company’s Pull-type Tensioning Jacks are commonly used for single-stroke tensioning on long-line forms where handling equipment is available and there is ample room at the end of the bed.

Tensioning jacks are available in 36-inch, 48-inch and 60-inch strokes for 1/2-inch or .6 strand. A Y-chain sling is included for easy manipulation into strand, a magnetic torpedo level is included to make sure the unit is level, and an anti-twist bar on the pulling yoke can be used to measure elongation.
